Under 18’s B book final place at Springfield

A lovely night up Les Quennivais and after a poor performance against Trinity, I challenged our boys had they the hunger and go out and prove the doubters wrong. What a reaction we got because right from the kick our boys showed they passion and desire to win the game. Josh when called on done his job and had a solid game and got his reward of a clean sheet, because in front of him Max controlled his defence of Blamp’s and Jack. Phil and Dan controlled the middle of the park and gave them nothing, to be fair Rozel did hit the post against the run of play, but that was about it. Goals came from Hugo who had a decent game, Jack lashed one in, Even Elliot put in a cracker from 30 yards into the top bin. The game finished 4-0 but that was a cracking team performance all over. Next up Trinnogs in the League and I fancy our chances with lads coming back into the squad.
