Well done team for the good performance put at Springfield. A magical win against JTC Jersey Wanderers for the Dave Melton Memorial Trophy.
A thrill and intensive game “not suitable for faint hearted people”.
The defence Tom, Jack, Kay and Calum was solid but sadly Calum Huckerby got injured on the first half being replaced by Jay that also did really well. At midfield superb performance from Olavo, Dan, Charlie, James, Afonso, up front unstoppable Sol at its best doing a Hat-Trick and Josh at its best doing some outstanding savings especially in the last minutes of the second half by doing amazing savings keeping us on the game and the rolling subs Toby, Callum, Hugo and Alfie also at they best. A player which was there but did not played cause the team was allowed five rolling subs and I took six, well done for being supportive Oliver De Miguel.
Well done Wanderers players for the good game, they played really well.

SUNDAY 27th – Semi-Finals / Finals
Our under 15 team have worked very hard and shown great commitment all season. They all enthusiastically participated in some rigorous pre season training and in additional sessions throughout the season. They have developed into a really formidable team that is challenging with real determination for the Island under 15 title. Both Karl Benest and myself are very proud of the positive attitude that these young players have shown.
An opportunity has arisen for St Peter FC under 15’s to enter a team into the Manchester Cup competition to be held at the former Manchester City’s training facilities over the Easter Weekend.
It is a great opportunity for this team to compete on a larger stage to test their abilities and is due reward for all of their efforts this season. We can all be very proud that we have been invited to participate in such a prestigious tournament.
The team that we would wish to represent us is as follows:-
Dan de la Perrelle
Ollie De Miguel
The cost covers flights, accommodation, transport to and from the hotel, food and the cost of entry into the competition. We are most grateful to the Academy for supporting us and for providing a substantial sum towards the total cost which has enabled our participation.
We couldn’t have had a better start to the year of 2016! On Friday with the friendly 6-3 win against the JFA U14’s. Started the game losing 2-0 but we didn’t lose hope and Olavo scores 2 amazing goals that got us back in the game. Second half started with a wonderful goal by Dan, followed by 2 good goals from Sol and 1 from Afonso. In this game, everyone played as a Team, we were communicating passing the ball around really well. Calum, Jack, Kay and Tom were much more solid in the second half but overall really good match.
On Sunday was a much better performance with a win of 7-0 against St.Johns. Everyone from the beggining of the game did really well and passed the ball around without letting them touch it and the communication was just great from start to end. Match started with 2 great goals from Sol which was followed by Olavo’s Hat trick, Toby scored 1 goal and Calum scored another one. Excellent job from Charlie, Dan and Olavo in the midfield. Callum, Hugo and James rigth and left mid’s playng real good. Really strong team from start to finish and a special thanks to Toby and James for coming to the game in such short notice.
Well done for the great performance against Guernsey Rovers.
Really enjoyable game to watch, everyone played really well.
I am really proud of the team.
The score was 4-1 goals from Charlie Robinson, Dan de la Perrelle, James Carr and Toby Ritzema.
The Starting eleven was Josh J. in goal, Callum Huc. right back, Jack M. and Kay L. centre back, Tom W. left back, Callum R. right mid, Olavo S. and Dan P. centre mid, James C. left mid, Charlie R. attacking midfielder and Toby Ritzema up front. The subs were Hugo P., Oliver M., Jay L. and Alfie C.
Thanks to Jamie Higo, even though he was injured he came to support us and thank you for all the parents and people that came to support St. Peters.
I think we have a strong enough team to get to the finals but we will have to play as good as we did against Guernsey Rovers.
Thank you very much! Rogerio.
Well done team St Peters for the good performance put in today against St Pauls.
All the players did really well in the position they played in. Even though we were losing 2-0 we kept our heads up, we kept
fighting until the end and that is how we should play every single game. Great team work and passing the ball around.
Our team fought really hard and I believe we were the superior team at many points in the game. We should have won that game we were just a bit unlucky.
The final score was 5-3 for St Pauls. St Peters goals were scored by Dan, Charlie and Afonso.
The starting eleven was Josh J. in goal, Callum H. right back, Jack M. and Kay L. centre back, Tom W. left back,
Olavo S. defensive midfielder, Callum R. right mid, Charlie R. and Jamie H. centre mid, Alfie C. left mid
and Afonso P. up front. Subs were Ryan V., Oliver M., Hugo P. and Dan P.
