The main aim of all the players of whatever age is that they get to enjoy themselves and get something out of the week
There will eight Everton coaches and they will split the players into eight squads based mainly upon their school years however if they feel players are not being challenged they may move them among the squads in order that players do get challenged however this will be done in conjunction with the player

Below are other points that we feel are needed to reiterate
The player will need to be dressed for football and the weather-boots-shin pads-non fizzy drinks waterproof if needed (hopefully not) suntan lotion-pack lunch and snacks
The club tea bar will be open at certain hours during the training day
There will be a marquee where the player will be able to shelter during breaks and leave their gear
A few points that we just want to make you aware of before the week
BELONGINGS-Please note the club does not take any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or items during this training week as it is up to the individual to look after their own items/belongings-
MEDICAL-If there are any medical issues that the coaches need to made aware of during the week can this please be brought to the attention of the head coach on the first day
RESPECT-Players of all ages are expected to behave themselves whilst on the week and respect all others be it other player’s coaches staff etc
GRIEVANCES- (Which have been very few since we started the week) If you have any grievances please can you speak to the head coach so that it can be resolved and dealt with if needs be
TRASH -There will be bins placed around the club grounds and we therefore please request that each player clears up his/her own rubbish by placing it in the relevant bin
Anyhow we hope that your son/daughter will enjoy the week and if there are any questions please do not hesitate to contact us
Lastly we are in the throes of planning next years event so we hope they will want to take part next year as we will be announcing the date asap and will let you know
