Jacksons, whose headquarters is adjacent to the St Peter FC ground, have been associated with the Club for several years and have agreed to take over the most important and prominent role in working closely with the Academy for the next three years.
As such, they will be involved and consulted before key decisions being implemented and their logo will feature prominently on the Academy kit and communication sources, including all Academy team shirts, perimeter pitch-side boards, the Clubs web-site, matchday programmes and other forms of communication.
Andrew Searle, General Manager of Jacksons Channel Islands commented,
“We are proud to support the local football community and look forward to celebrating success with the St Peter FC teams in the years to come.”
Brian Foulser Chairman of St Peter FC Academy said,
“We are delighted to have the opportunity of working more closely with Jacksons. We have been well served over the past nine years, having had the support of major organisations such as State Street, the Sanne Group and Altair Partners Ltd as Lead Sponsors.
We thank each of them for the contribution they have made, we have learned a lot and are grateful to them for their generosity and the progressive assistance we received.”
“To now have such a prominent and prestigious partner as Jacksons, who are trusted by the world’s best motor manufacturers, is both exciting and reassuring.
We have worked closely with Jacksons in other capacities over many years, so they already have a great understanding of the club and its vision.
We thank them for their generosity and the confidence they have placed in us. We look forward to working closely with them to build on the marked progress we have made in recent years.”
These are exciting times for everyone associated with St Peter FC. With senior football in the capable hands of a vibrant young manager in Elliot Powell and the announcement that ex-professional player Peter Vincenti is to Head the Academy in succession to Brian Foulser, the timely agreement with Jacksons to become Lead Sponsor to the Academy is a significant boost to the Club and its members in its 102nd year.
